Delinquent Taxes

The County Sheriff turns over all delinquent tax bills to the County Clerk on April 15th each year. County Sheriff’s Office has delinquent tax bill listings until April 15th.

 An annual delinquent tax sale is typically held in September of the year after taxes are due. The next sale date for unpaid 2022 property taxes will be in September of 2023. This website will be updated approximately one month before the sale.

Current Tax Bill Listing

All third party purchasers who meet the following conditions must register with the Department of Revenue:

  • You plan to purchase more than three certificates of delinquency in a county;
  • You plan to purchase more than five certificates of delinquency statewide; or
  • You plan to invest more than $10,000 in certificates of delinquency
